Design Construction Services North Shore, Inc. (DCS) and its affiliates have been involved in residential real estate in the Chicago area since 1989. During that period, the firm has built over 650 single family homes and townhomes. Projects included two large master planned subdivisions in Lake Forest at Conway Farms. The first "The Courts at Conway Farms", 50 custom empty-nester maintenance free single family homes were built. The second, "Stonebridge at Conway Farms", 84 custom empty-nester maintenance free townhomes were built.

The principals of DCS are Richard Turk and David Gaulin. Who have over 65 years of combined experience.

As president of Corley Communities, Inc. Richard, led the company's second generation for the last 18 years. Richards's accomplishments include enhancing the award winning reputation of the company by bringing it in line with current construction technology, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of development including architectural design, site planning, landscape design, general contracting, marketing, property management, sales, and custom home building.

As project manager for Corley Communities, Inc. David, managed all projects from inception to final completion. David's background includes management of large commercial projects, large custom residential subdivision projects, and ultra high end North Shore custom estate homes. Dave is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on budget, and superior quality project completions. Additionally, Dave has a high level of professional customer service.
